Ingredients:
2 Tbs Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Cup Grape Seed Oil
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dry Rubbed Sage
1 Tbs Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Ground Coriander
2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
10 Lamb Loin or Rib Chops
Grape Seed Oil
Directions:
1) Preheat salt blocks on grill, or Preheat grill
2) In bowl whisk together the mint, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, cayenne pepper, sage, cumin, coriander, black pepper and salt.
3) Dredge each lamb chop in the herb mixture until well coated and allow chops to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4) Brush the salt block with oil and place the lamb chops directly on the block and close the grill’s hood. Cook lamb for 5 mins then flip for 4 mins.
