Ingredients:
Poached Shrimp:
1-1 1/2 lbs 16-20 Count Shrimp
Water
White Wine
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbs Pickling Spice
Spring Fresh Parsley
Old Bay Butter:
1 Tbs Unsalted Butter
~ 1 Tbs Old Bay
1 Tbs Sherry
1 Tbs Olive Oil
2-3 Tbs Banana Peppers and Canned Jalapeno Peppers
Directions:
1) Put water, wine, garlic, pickling spice, and parsley in pot and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 5-10 min.
2) Remove pot from heat and add shrimp. Poach shrimp in water for ~30seconds-1 min, until they are tender and pink.
3) Set Shrimp aside.
4) In sauce pan melt butter then mix with sherry, olive oil, peppers and cajun seasoning. Simmer mixture for ~30 sec to cook off alcohol in sherry then mix in shrimp and toss to coat.
