Cook Time: ~15 min
2 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons Sriracha
3 cloves minced garlic
1 pound 21-25 count shrimp
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1) Soften butter and mix with Sriracha then melt in skillet.
2) Sauté garlic in butter sauce and toss in shrimp cook until finished. Just before they are cooked add lemon zest and basil and cook until slightly wilted.
