Cook Time ~15 min
Ingredients:
1 Cup Half-and-Half
3 Large Eggs
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
8 Slices Bread
Butter
Directions:
1) In medium mixing bowl, whisk together the half-and-half, eggs, maple syrup, and salt.
2) Preheat oven to 375 F. Dip bread into mixture and soak for 15 seconds on each side. Remove from mixture and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
3) Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Cook bread in pan until browned on each side, ~2-3 minutes a side.
4) Remove from pan and place on rack in oven and bake for 5 minutes.
