Cook Time: ~20 minutes
1/2 Onion, Finely Diced
1 Clove Garlic
1-2 Tbs Grated Fresh Ginger,
1 1/2 Cups BBQ Sauce, I prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s
1) Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Add onions and cook until soft. ~5 minutes.
2) Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant, ~30 seconds.
3) Stir in BBQ sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 12 minutes.
4) Put BBQ sauce in blender and blend until smooth.
