Summer Spaghetti

Cook Time: ~1 hour, or 15 mins if you are short on time


1 lb Angel Hair Pasta

1 28 oz Can Whole Plum Tomatoes, Drained, Seeded and Chopped

3 Tbs Canola Oil

¼ Cup Lemon Juice

2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, Minced

¼ Cup Fresh Basil, Chopped

1 ½ tsp Salt

1/4 tsp pepper


1) Combine all ingredients other than pasta and chill for 1 hour.

2) Cook pasta al dente, drain and add 1 TBSP butter.  Add tomato mixture to pasta and toss. Enjoy
