Asian Coleslaw

Cook Time: 5 mins plus a 2 hour marinating time

Ingredients:
3 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tbs Sugar
1/2 Tbs Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
3/4 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
1/2 tsp Chili Garlic Paste
1 Package Fresh Coleslaw
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup soy or mung bean sprouts, optional

Directions:

1) Whisk together vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and chili paste.

2) Mix coleslaw, green onions, cilantro, and bean sprouts.

3) Toss coleslaw mixture with soy sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours then serve.
