Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
1) Season lamb with salt, pepper, and cumin. Rub with oil, then sprinkle with rosemary. Finally, rub with minced garlic. Repeat on opposite side.
2) Preheat grill. Cook lamb over high heat for ~7 mins. Flip and sear other side for 1-2 mins. Finally move lamb to indirect heat and cook for ~10 mins or until cooked to desired level. (The chops I used were 2 inches thick, cooking times will vary depending on thickness)
