Gemma’s Pancakes


Cooking time: ~20 min


125g plain Flour

1 large egg

300ml milk

splash of canola oil


Whisk together flour, egg, and milk. If it is not runny enough add more milk or a bit of water. Make sure the frying pan is hot before you put the mixture in. Put batter in pan so the pan is just covered. Cook until lightly browned on underside then flip and finish. Serve with sugar and lemon, jam, ham and cheese or whatever topping you wish.
